
Quadra Island Fall Fair Exhibitors
We are looking forward to a landslide of garden cornucopia as well as an amazing array of “over wintered” creative projects to fill the main hall.
Exhibitor Registration
Download and print your registration form, or pick up a form at Inspirations, Works of H’Art or the Quadra Community Centre. Please use a separate form for each person.
Bring your completed form and entry fees with you when you drop off your exhibits at the Community Centre.

Entry Fees
Fees are collected when you drop off your exhibits.
- Adults 50¢ per entry
- 17 yrs & under 25¢ per entry

DROP OFF
All exhibits (entries) must be dropped off the day before the Fair between 10 am and 4 pm. No late entries will be accepted as judging commences shortly after registration closes. Earlier exhibit drop-off can be made by special arrangement. Contact Us.
All exhibits must remain on display until 5:00 pm on Fair Day. Any awards received will also be displayed on the day of the fair.
PICK UP
Items must be picked up between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Fair Day. After this time any perishable items will be removed for composting and other items will be recycled in an appropriate manner. If you cannot pick up your item, please make alternate arrangements.
Fall Fair Exhibit Entry Info

- All exhibits (entries) must be dropped off on Saturday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. No late entries will be accepted as judging commences shortly after registration closes. Earlier exhibit drop-off can be made by special arrangement. Contact Us.
- All exhibits must remain on display until 5:00 pm on Fair Day. Any awards received will also be displayed the day of the Fair.

- All exhibits must be made or raised by the exhibitor. Infringement of this rule will result in disqualification. Entries must have no visible signs of wear and must have been completed since September of the previous Fall Fair. No name will be visible to the judges until after the awards have been made.
- If you have an item that you are not sure how to classify within a category please contact the hall convenor for the category, found in the Fair Catalogue, who will help you.
- You may submit multiple entries in any category, but only one entry per classification.
- The Fall Fair encourages a friendly sporting attitude in these community competitions and encourages people to enter the ribbon judging, however, if you feel strongly that you do not want to compete please write, “Exhibit Only” on the entry form.
