Quadra Island Fall Fair Exhibitors

We have spanned many interests in an effort to encourage everyone to participate. Our hope is that everyone will add flavour to this event by bringing their own special something. You can enter as many exhibits as you are inspired to… and there’s a prize for most entries!

We are looking forward to a landslide of garden cornucopia as well as an amazing array of “over wintered” creative projects to fill the main hall.

Exhibitor Registration

Download and print your registration form, or pick up a form at Inspirations or the Quadra Community Centre. Please use a separate form for each person.

Bring your completed form and entry fees with you when you drop off your exhibits at the Community Centre. Entry fees for youth, 17 years and under, are .50 cents per entry.

Drop Off & Pick Up Info

All exhibits (entries) must be dropped off on September 6th between 10 am and 4 pm. No late entries will be accepted as judging commences shortly after registration closes. Earlier exhibit drop-off can be made by special arrangement. Contact Us.

All exhibits MUST remain on display until 3 pm on September 7th. Any awards received will also be displayed on the day of the fair.

Items must be picked up between 3 pm and 3:30 pm on September 7th. After this time any perishable items will be removed for composting and other items will be recycled in an appropriate manner. If you cannot pick up your item, please make alternate arrangements.

Fall Fair Exhibit Entry Info

Please read below to ensure entries will be accepted.

  1. All exhibits must be made or raised by the exhibitor. Infringement of this rule will result in disqualification. Entries must have no visible signs of wear and must have been completed since September of the previous Fall Fair. No name will be visible to the judges until after the awards have been made.
  2. You may submit multiple entries in any category, but only one entry per classification.
  3. The Fall Fair encourages a friendly sporting attitude in these community competitions and encourages people to enter the ribbon judging, however, if you feel strongly that you do not want to compete please write, “Exhibit Only” on the entry form.
